We all know life as we knew it has changed. Thanks to Covid we are all a little more low key, a lot more at home and now we seem to find comfort in the simpler things, practical things, comfortable things...
I can only use this excuse for my motivation for buying a bright green "dad fleece"! Yes, it's from J Crew, it's super soft and cosy and I love it BUT in the brightness of daylight I do probably look like an extra from Sesame Street!

And as if that wasn't enough today I received delivery of my second rubber broom which is so much better than a bristle broom with collecting hair. Now I have one for MC and one for the house. A year ago I would have laughed out loud at the thought of this!!

And finally... my taste in TV shows and films seems to be changing too. Watching Justice League last night and it captivated me enough to leave my phone alone!! That disturbs me slightly and I'm not even going to tell you how much I'm enjoying The Masked Singer.
Yes, I'm blaming Covid all the way!!
