Normal but unpredictable.

I’ve been waiting and waiting for my routine to kick in and still is hasn’t quite settled. Husband was away all last week which resulted in terrible sleep for me as Leia decided to come to our room every night. She was also sent away every night but by then I would be wide awake. The weekend was hectic as I hosted a birthday party for Amaia and friends on Saturday and attended another party on Sunday. Monday and Tuesday I had a sick Leia at home so all my plans went out of the window. Finally we are on Wednesday and things are back to normal... but for how long?? It got me thinking.... What is my normal? What is my routine? And surely my idea of “normal” and “routine” are more to do with how I “think” things should be rather than how they are which is unpredictable. Yes there are moments of calm routine in my days sometimes but I really need to stop waiting for this my unrealistic version of my life to begin and go with the flow of this moment. So, blog done. And in future I will be back to writing more frequently. I promise!
