Meeting Monaco Mum standards...

This morning was a struggle. I actually had to get properly dressed this morning, my Tourrettes uniform of shorts and a top, flip flops and scraped back hair was not going to cut it in Monaco. I straightened my hair, put some blusher and mascara on, my espadrilles wedges and my red Adolfo Dominguez dress and then, only then did I feel ready to meet the other Monaco mums. I pushed the double buggy down to the beach and treated myself to a latte and Evian. The girls didn't seem that excited by their old haunt. It was hot, it was humid and there wasn't much space. I think we all missed the coolness of Tourettes and the space we have there. I was joined by several other mothers with husbands and/or staff and once again I was the most vocal, the most unrelaxed and the only one outnumber by her children to adult ratio! I guess that's one standard I will never meet...
