Me time is on the horizon

Today was always going to be a tough day. I knew it would be from the moment I was informed by a friend that Joyce (the home help/nanny) had a new full time job. (She still hasn't been in touch to tell me!) Thankfully I was able to secure someone whom I trust and have known for years and she will help me out with the girls and the flat. She is pregnant so it probably won't be for more than 6 months but by then I hope to be in a different place. What's important is she is available and exclusive to me, days, nights and weekends. Oh yes! She starts tomorrow but even today when she came by to discuss the role she stayed to do my ironing! Tomorrow Amaia returns to garderie and Leia will have 30 minutes there to introduce her to the new environment. As of next week I will have 7 hours free time! Woo hoo!
