The baby is kicking, I am uncomfortable, Amaia is awake (I think she is teething) but calm and both Husband and I are coming down with colds - pretty much guaranteeing a night of broken sleep for me. Oh well at least I slept well yesterday!
Yesterday wasn't too bad despite not having my usual Amelie fix. We decided to walk Husband to work and then head for Carrefour for a quick shop before heading home - I am doing a lot of walking these days! In the afternoon I did another shop at Marche U and then we went to the park so Amaia could have a run around. The thing is Amaia doesn't want to run around and play, she just stands by the gate and try to escape every time someone comes in or out! It seems to me the things she is most interested in are exits! I hope she grows out of it...
We still haven't sorted out my parents accommodation for their stay. Hopefully we have a flat in the same building as last time for them for the month of June but the big problem is Grand Prix which makes all prices rocket. The owners got €1000 for four nights last year which we aren't willing to pay as apart from being a lot of money, we may not even need to be here if the baby arrives earlier! (Just a week early would be ideal! Baby L are you listening?)
Now I'm hungry despite eating loads last night. I never snack in the night unless I'm pregnant and I'm scared to go into the kitchen because I bought a big bar of Cadburys Caramel - not the biggest as that was €6 but the one with "only 0.99p" which I paid over €3 for. OK, I'm back with a peanut butter sandwich and managed to stay away from the snack cupboard. It's nearly 05h30 and everyone else seems to have settled Husband, Amaia and even Baby L so I'm going to see if I get lucky and can sleep a little more now my tummy is content. Night!
