When the girls had their online lessons we kept getting reminders from the school about the need to limit their screen time. Without their school lessons there is NO screen time.
Today the girls and I sat on my bed and I read half of an Enid Blyton book "Upper fourth at Malory Towers" to them. I had to pace it through out the day. This evening all four of us played cards after dinner. In the afternoon after quiet time the girls packed their ruck sacks and played at being at a boarding school for witches. They helped me prepare their lunch and their dinner.
Who needs screens when you have books, games and plenty of imagination?
