Perfect day

Today was close to perfect.

Husband had the day off. The girls treated us to a lie in. It was a beautifully sunny day.

The morning flew by. I went to mass and then accompanied Husband and the girls to the park before leaving for the gym. After the gym Husband and the girls met me on the beach and we had a quick coffee at the Blue Note.

Lunch was in Ariston - bacon cheeseburger and chips.

Afternoon activities included a visit to Haagen Dazs with the girls, a walk through the Japanese gardens and then a play on the beach. The girls were in fantastic moods having Daddy around too.

It's nice to know perfect days exist.
