Time has flown by and it has been a mixed week.
The highlight was my friend Zoe coming to visit and the two of us indulging in some much needed pampering at the Metropole ESPA. My idea of heaven....
Not so good during Zoe's visit was the fact that Maryann came down with flu and so I had to find another baby sitter. Thankfully I found one for the Thursday so our ESPA visit could go ahead but on the Friday I had both girls all day and I had to wave good bye to our leisurely lunch. Poor Zoe got to enjoy a morning at the park instead!
Annoyingly I also fell ill on the Friday which meant I ate very little over the weekend and just felt very sick although thankfully it didn't turn out to be serious. Today is the first day since Friday that I woke up and felt fine. I think that also explains why I have been so quiet lately.
