Presents all round

I can't post pictures of all of these unfortunately but I just want to list some wonderful presents:

For my first Mothers day I got the most gorgeous frame - Amaia has exquisite taste! It's so beautiful, with an intricate silver design, leather back and amazingly packaged! It screams EXPENSIVE. Totally lovely and now home to a photo of my little princess.

Today I went to the post office to pick up a parcel and it was something I ordered a few weeks ago from notonthehighstreet.com. It's a frame which says "A is for Angel (with a picture of an angel) and Amaia" (The picture I attached is from the website, obviously not Amaia's one!). This is for Amaia's bedroom and I love it. When I was younger I always wanted things with my name on (not having a popular name) but never had anything. [In fact the only time I saw my name in print (in a non Spanish context) was in the book Foucault's Pendulum by Umberto Eco. I was 22 at the time and got so excited!!] Furthermore I rearranged Amaia's bedroom today and made it more bedroom than spare room although it still needs a few more touches.

And finally Amaia and I did some shopping for Husband/Papa for Fathers Day but obviously that has to remain a secret until 20 June!

But all round I can say the family has done well this month on the gift front!! (Pictures as soon as I download the software for my new Blackberry, or rather when Husband does!)
