Yesterday I contacted four agencies (two new, two old) and asked to for information or possible viewings. The results are:
New agency 1: My three choices have been SOLD!
New agency 2: No answer
Old agency 3: Visit of four properties on Wednesday - two I am particularly interested in.
Old agency 4: Seven out of ten properties have been sold or are now being rented!! She then tried to put me off one that I am very interested in saying it is noisy and has tried to sell me six other properties that aren't as nice as my original choices and are more expensive. I am going to see the my three remaining original choices next Friday and will consider if any of her add ons are of interest to us. We will also check out the location of the "noisy" one this weekend and decide if we still want to see it.
I need to get some driving practise in this weekend as next week I have TWO house hunting appointments and I haven't driven for weeks...
